What Custom Products Do You Offer ?
Wild Prints offers custom apparel and print-on-demand products, including T-shirts, hoodies, sportswear, workwear, baby clothing, caps, and promotional products. All our products are printed using high-quality techniques for impressive, long-lasting results.
We also prioritize sustainable materials and responsible production methods whenever possible.
Can I Order Just One Custom Item?
Yes! We offer custom printing with no minimum order, making it perfect for gifts, testing a design, or ordering small quantities.
What File Format Do You Recommend?
For the best results, we recommend using a high-resolution PNG, SVG, or JPG file (300 DPI), ideally with a transparent background.

Do You Offer Services for Businesses?
Yes! We work with small, medium, and large businesses to create merch, uniforms, and promotional products.
We offer volume discounts on orders of 45 items or more, as well as special discounts for non-profit organizations. We’re proud to make a positive impact in our local community!

Can You Match My Brand Colors?
Yes! We do our best to accurately match your brand colors. Please keep in mind that colors may appear slightly different on screen compared to the final printed product, and slight variations may occur depending on the fabric and design.
What Printing Methods Do You Use?
We primarily use DTF (Direct to Film) printing. This technique produces vibrant colors and fine details with durable prints that won’t crack, even after many washes.
Choosing DTF means getting a soft-feel print with virtually unlimited design possibilities and professional-quality results.
Depending on the project, we also offer embroidery and sublimation.

What Is the Turnaround Time for Custom Printing in Canada?
Production time is generally 3 to 7 business days, depending on the complexity of your project and the number of orders we are processing at the time.
Do You Offer Rush Orders?
Yes! We can usually help with rush orders. Contact us by email and we’ll see what we can do to get your order ready quickly. ⚡
Do You Ship Across Canada and the United States?
Yes! We offer shipping throughout Canada, the United States, and internationally.
What Are Your Estimated Shipping Times?
Estimated shipping times:
Quebec: 2–3 business days
Elsewhere in Canada: 3–10 business days
United States: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days
Can I Return a Custom Item?
Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns unless there is a major defect with the product.
